I'll be playing a dreamy piece by Chris Chandler for cello and processed electronics Friday, March 26th 7:15 PM_Elebash Hall (the best sounding hall in NYC, I think!) Anthony Cornicello's, Spiral Jetty for vln, vc, accordion and live electronics and Judith Shatin's For the Birds, an old favorite for cello and electronics.
Madeleine went to Salt Lake City, Utah for two days of masterclasses and a recital at the University of Utah. Concert on January 27, 2010; works by Salvatore Sciarrino, Kaija Saariaho, Orlando Jacinto Garcia, Matthew Burtner, Judith Shatin, Mario Davidovsky and Krzysztof Penderecki.
